  • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, instrumentation, data acquisition, test fixtures, and complex hardware test setups.
  • Experience with statistical analysis of engineering test data, structured root-cause analysis, technical documentation, and cross-functional communication.
  • Basic familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and documentation tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.

Nice to have

  • Experience with motors, motor drives, pneumatics, solenoids, sensors, actuators, wiring, power supplies, embedded controls, or microcontrollers.
  • Experience designing test fixtures or prototype hardware with SolidWorks or comparable CAD tools, including GD&T and tolerance analysis.
  • Experience with LabVIEW, Python, Arduino, PLCs, DAQ systems, or instrument-control solutions.
  • Experience with lifecycle or accelerated reliability testing, DOE, capability analysis, regression, Weibull analysis, Minitab, or JMP.
  • Medical-device or regulated-industry experience, including relevant ISO, IEC, FMEA, or FTA standards and methods.

Culture & Benefits

  • Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Product, Manufacturing, and Automation teams.
  • Hands-on work with medical automation systems, hardware assemblies, fixtures, software tools, and laboratory equipment.
