What you will do

• Lead, prioritize, coordinate, and review the work of a high-performing UK commercial and marketing analytics team.
• Generate strategic insights on customers and competitors to inform UK and global business decisions.
• Support pricing operations, enabling rapid price changes while maintaining competitive offers and regulatory compliance.
• Define business KPIs and build intuitive dashboards covering churn, marketing performance, lifetime value, and other operational drivers.
• Coordinate global data teams and balance local requirements with opportunities for shared solutions.
• Partner with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Energy Markets, and senior leadership teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing a high-performing data team.
• Hands-on expertise with modern data platforms and analytical tools, especially SQL and Python.
• Ability to combine hands-on analytics with team leadership and delivery of actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills for influencing non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen, preferably in pricing, margin optimization, or growth analytics.
• Track record of delivering measurable business impact through data-driven insights.
