Backend Team Lead (Cloud Security)

Location: Warsaw or Wroclaw, Poland; hybrid work with remote and in-person attendance

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of backend projects, from design and development through deployment, monitoring, and production maintenance.
• Contribute to technology and architecture decisions for scalable cloud-native systems.
• Conduct design and code reviews while providing hands-on technical leadership.
• Analyze and improve backend efficiency, scalability, and stability.
• Coordinate delivery with frontend, DevOps, research, and product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of backend engineering experience using a high-level programming language such as Java, C#, Python, or Go.
• 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud platforms and products.
• Experience implementing data-intensive systems with message queue technologies.
• Experience with microservices-based architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
