IT/ Multimedia Support

Location: Hershey, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite

Salary: $30.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on multimedia systems and services.
• Set up rooms and systems for events, perform readiness testing, and provide live event support.
• Coordinate with event organizers and outside vendors to define requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Train employees, students, and other users on multimedia system operation.
• Create operational documentation and maintain equipment, room, spare-parts, and asset inventories.
• Support equipment loans, multimedia purchasing budgets, and invoice reviews.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus vocational or technical training in multimedia technology.
• 1–3 years of experience implementing and supporting multimedia technologies.
• Experience with business and basic residential multimedia equipment and systems.
• Familiarity with live production equipment, live events, and multimedia control systems.
• Understanding of data networking concepts and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
