What you will do
- Respond to inbound leads from local businesses and understand their payment and growth needs.
- Present payment solutions as a trusted advisor and payments expert.
- Build customer relationships through regular follow-up and convert conversations into customers and revenue.
- Own and accurately maintain the customer pipeline in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales teams across Europe and internal stakeholders to deliver a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role conducted by phone, including complex conversations and follow-ups.
- Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is beneficial but not required.
- Proactive approach, ownership, strong communication, people, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment and adapt communication style to different customers.
- Native Bulgarian and advanced English are required.
Nice to have
- Previous inside sales or business development experience.
- Experience with HubSpot.
