Location: Remote from Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, or Chile

What you will do
- Review medical records, structured FHIR data, and narrative clinical notes.
- Verify clinical claims and extracted information against source records.
- Evaluate inpatient documentation, including HPI, PMH, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Identify missing, inaccurate, contradictory, or inconsistent clinical information.
- Apply documentation standards and review guidelines consistently.
- Provide evidence-based feedback and document review outcomes to improve AI model performance and clinical data quality.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine, as applicable to the candidate's specialty and credentials.
- Current or recent inpatient or hospitalist clinical experience within the past two years.
- Strong understanding of inpatient care, hospital workflows, and clinical documentation standards.
- Ability to interpret clinical notes and structured medical record data.
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
