Pediatric Hospitalist (AI Training)

Location: Remote

Salary: $80–$125 per hour; payment is based on completed tasks that meet project specifications, with minimum weekly submission requirements.

hirify.global is coordinating a clinical documentation review project focused on improving AI training data and model quality.

What you will do

• Review inpatient pediatric medical records, FHIR data, and clinical notes.
• Verify clinical claims against medical documentation.
• Evaluate histories, assessments, care plans, immunization status, and developmental information.
• Identify missing or inaccurate details, including weight-based dosing and age-specific clinical information.
• Apply review guidelines consistently and provide feedback to improve AI models and data quality.
• Communicate findings clearly with the project team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hospitalist experience.
• MD or DO degree with board certification in Pediatrics.
• Current or recent inpatient pediatric hospitalist experience within the past 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient workflows, including admissions, progress notes, care transitions, and discharge.
• Experience reviewing clinical notes and medical record data, with excellent attention to detail and consistent guideline application.

Nice to have

• Pediatric Hospital Medicine subspecialty certification.
• Experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, medical coding or quality assurance, or diverse pediatric inpatient care.
