Family Medicine Hospitalist (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $80–$125 per hour

What you will do

• Review inpatient medical records, FHIR data, and clinical notes for an AI training project.
• Verify that clinical claims are supported by medical documentation.
• Evaluate HPI, PMH, assessments, care plans, admissions, progress notes, transitions of care, and discharge documentation.
• Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information.
• Apply review guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback to improve AI models and data quality.
• Communicate findings with the project team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hospitalist experience.
• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine.
• Current or recent inpatient or hospitalist experience within the past 2 years.
• Strong understanding of inpatient workflows and experience reviewing clinical notes and medical record data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines consistently.

Nice to have

• Experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, medical coding, or quality assurance.
• Experience caring for diverse patient populations.
