Hospitalist Physician (AI)

hirify.global supports an AI training project focused on clinical documentation and medical data quality.

What you will do

• Review inpatient medical records, FHIR data, and clinical notes.
• Verify that clinical claims are supported by the medical record.
• Evaluate HPI, PMH, assessments, and care plans.
• Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent clinical information.
• Apply review guidelines consistently and provide feedback to improve AI models and data quality.
• Communicate findings clearly with the project team.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current or recent inpatient or hospitalist experience within the past two years.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
• Experience reviewing clinical notes and medical record data.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to follow guidelines.

Nice to have

• Experience in chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, medical coding or quality assurance.
• Experience across multiple inpatient specialties.
