Consultant Psychiatrist (AI)

What you will do

• Participate in clinical simulations to test and refine AI behavior in psychiatric contexts.
• Provide authentic sample psychiatric notes, assessments, and other clinical documentation.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs against synthetic or simulated clinical data using pairwise preference testing and structured annotation.
• Review generated text for clinical accuracy, tone, and appropriateness.
• Share psychiatric expertise through qualitative interviews and discussions with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Active license as a psychiatrist or psychiatry resident in Germany.
• At least two years of psychiatry residency completed and current clinical practice.
• Ability to write professional clinical documentation in German and English.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfort working with technology and interest in AI’s role in healthcare.
• Ability to clearly explain clinical reasoning to non-clinical audiences in a fully remote setting.
