Value Engineering Intern (AI/SaaS)

hirify.global is a Switzerland-based SaaS scale-up that uses an agentic platform to automate finance and operations processes for enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Support Account Executives and Value Engineers on live enterprise deals.
• Analyze P2P, AP, S2P, and O2C/AR processes to identify trapped value and underlying business problems.
• Turn customer data into business cases covering FTE capacity, cycle time, controls, compliance risk, and total cost of ownership.
• Prepare and support tailored demos, workshops, executive presentations, and Proof of Value engagements.
• Build ROI models, business-case templates, value-driver frameworks, and scalable demo data.
• Develop a knowledge platform using LLMs, AI assistants, and workflow automation to improve research and deliverable creation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business, finance, information systems, industrial engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Interest in finance and procurement processes, including AP, invoice processing, P2P, and O2C.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel or Google Sheets to create quantified business cases.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, AI assistants, or workflow automation, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication, curiosity, and comfort challenging assumptions and working through ambiguity.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, presales, finance, procurement, or SaaS.
• Exposure to ERP or business-process environments such as SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Experience with process-mining tools or other European languages.
