Student Clinical Project Assistant (CPA)

Location: Reading, UK; hybrid working with 3 days per week

What you will do

• Support feasibility studies in the UK and Ireland by coordinating responses with the Cluster Medical Advisor and Site Partnership Managers.
• Support digital innovation initiatives with the local Innovation Lead.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining confidentiality agreements with hospital trusts.
• Design newsletters and other communication materials for internal and external audiences.
• Prepare annual and safety reports for submission to ethics committees.
• Complete a dedicated project focused on diversity and inclusion in clinical trials.

Requirements

• Currently studying in the second or third year of a Biomedical Sciences or related degree.
• Strong IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, drive results, and maintain quality and confidentiality.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn and apply Standard Operating Procedures and quality control processes.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and clinical trial regulations.
