Site Reliability Engineer (Blockchain)

Location: Remote in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, or Mexico. All roles are global and remote-based, with some working-hours overlap requested with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do

• Build and operate reliable Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure for production blockchain and backend workloads.
• Improve the reliability and operational resilience of blockchain RPC and node infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain production Go and backend systems supporting infrastructure operations.
• Strengthen observability, reliability practices, incident readiness, and operational response.
• Automate operational workflows to reduce manual effort and improve infrastructure reliability.

Requirements

• Production experience operating Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Applied knowledge of blockchain RPC architecture and node fundamentals.
• Experience building and operating production systems with Go and backend engineering practices.
• Experience with incident response, production on-call rotations, and observability practices.
• Clear written communication and effective cross-team coordination in technical environments.

Nice to have

• Experience operating infrastructure for non-EVM blockchain networks.
• Experience building or using AI-assisted tooling and automation for engineering or operational workflows.
• Experience setting up and managing blockchain validators.
