What you will do

• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to track infrastructure performance.
• Automate incident response, monitoring, and workflows for on-call support.
• Optimize the scalability and performance of the platform by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement disaster recovery and high availability solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and handle escalations during incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus and Grafana stack.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Understanding of performance tuning & scaling.
