Production Coordinator (Creative Photography)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Head Office, The Barn, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, UK. Part-time hours are typically 9:00–17:00, Monday to Thursday.

What you will do

• Track, collate, and audit photography samples ordered across the business.
• Act as the main contact for borrowing and sourcing photography samples.
• Support studio teams during shoot days by organising and locating samples and handling ad hoc logistics.
• Pack and prepare samples and international Carnet documentation for location campaign shoots.
• Support operational projects and daily workflows across the wider Creative Services studio team.
• Manage final imagery in digital asset management systems for internal and third-party platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role or environment and a genuine interest in creative photography.
• Excellent organisational, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Flexible, proactive, responsive to change, and willing to work outside set hours occasionally.
• Ability to contribute effectively within a team and communicate with peers and senior management.
• Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship; hirify.global does not hold a Sponsor Licence.
