TL;DR
Technical Architect (AI & Data): Designing and evolving scalable AI, data, and platform architectures for production-grade digital delivery with an accent on GCP, DevSecOps, FinOps, and operational excellence. Focus on building ML delivery platforms, validating cloud maturity, guiding multi-team engineering practices, and maintaining SLA accountability at scale.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; hybrid work with two work-from-home days per week on Monday and Friday.

What you will do
- Design and evolve scalable, maintainable architectures for AI, data, and platform components.
- Assess DevSecOps and FinOps maturity using KPIs, promoting infrastructure as code, secure-by-design development, and efficient cloud usage.
- Guide modern data architecture and operational excellence through monitoring, logging, tracing, health checks, and SLA tracking.
- Serve as the technical interface for clients, translating complex architecture decisions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Improve engineering practices through CI/CD, automated testing, ML workflow automation, and automation-first delivery.
- Provide architectural direction, mentorship, cross-project coordination, and input into long-term technical planning.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with GCP, including Vertex AI Pipelines, GKE, Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, and VPC/networking.
- Production-scale Terraform expertise, including modules, state management, and drift detection.
- Experience designing CI/CD for ML workloads and working with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes operators, secret management, IAM, and workload identity federation.
- Experience with FinOps tooling such as GCP billing export, budget alerts, and committed-use planning.
- Experience building or migrating platforms from scratch, operating large-scale production systems, handling incidents, writing post-mortems, and carrying SLA accountability.
- Strategic, autonomous, diplomatic, and communication-oriented leadership with experience mentoring teams and coordinating across technical and business stakeholders.
