Junior AI/Prompt Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, test, and optimize prompts to improve the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of AI-generated outputs.
• Build AI agents that execute tasks, follow instructions, interact with external tools, and connect to APIs.
• Develop Python applications integrating large language models through APIs such as OpenAI.
• Implement AI workflows using prompt templates, structured outputs, function calling, and multi-step execution.
• Contribute to RAG solutions and use frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Evaluate AI responses, identify issues such as hallucinations, document workflows, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in AI application development or a related technical role.
• Good knowledge of Python, including API integration, data processing, and error handling.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI agents, REST APIs, JSON, Git, and basic software development practices.
• Basic knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Vietnamese language proficiency is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are also expected.
