Senior Agentic Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and integrate AI and automation solutions for Legal across contract lifecycle management, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, OneTrust, internal legal systems, data platforms, and document repositories.
• Develop AI-powered legal applications, internal copilots, intelligent automations, agentic workflows, and API integrations.
• Translate Legal business, compliance, confidentiality, governance, and workflow requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Manage solutions end to end, including discovery, architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, documentation, training, support, and continuous improvement.
• Protect privileged, confidential, personal, employee, and sensitive business data through access controls, audit logging, retention alignment, and privacy-by-design practices.
• Develop evaluation and quality frameworks for Legal AI outputs, including accuracy, reliability, source grounding, human review, and escalation processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software, data, automation, integration, platform, or applied AI engineering, including production software development.
• Strong Python experience; familiarity with TypeScript or C# is beneficial. Experience with maintainable services, APIs, relational and document data stores, CI/CD, and containers.
• Production experience with LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, multi-step agent workflows, human-in-the-loop controls, and structured outputs.
• Experience building LLM evaluation sets and quality metrics, document-processing pipelines, and secure systems handling sensitive data.
• Ability to work with non-technical Legal stakeholders, explain technical concepts clearly, challenge assumptions, and convert priorities into engineering solutions.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required. Vietnamese is an advantage.

Nice to have

• TypeScript or C# experience.
• Relevant cloud, security, data, or AI engineering certifications.
• Vietnamese language skills.
