What you will do

• Define, embed, and oversee enterprise-wide data risk management across data governance, architecture, quality, reporthirify.global, ethics, and AI data.
• Lead the end-to-end RCSA process across GDM control standards, data protection, and AI and ethics controls.
• Define the approach and oversee plannhirify.global for Key Control Monitorhirify.global, includhirify.global design and effectiveness testhirify.global, attestations, and continuous monitorhirify.global.
• Define and maintain data-related KRIs, coordinate iRisk reporthirify.global, monitor threshold breaches, and provide management insights on risk exposure.
• Oversee remediation, waivers, deviations, closure memos, and supporthirify.global evidence for global and local iRisk items.
• Establish data ethics governance, oversee committees and metrics, and promote ethical data use across the data lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementhirify.global and monitorhirify.global control standards and managhirify.global stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solvhirify.global skills.
• Experience with process optimization, automation, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to explain complex issues clearly and gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Excellent English proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulatory reporthirify.global, audit, or control design, preferably in bankhirify.global.
• Strong knowledge of data management, data ethics, reporthirify.global control frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
