IT SACM Coordinator - Internship (1-Year Fixed-Term Contract, with Possibility of Extension)

What you will do

• Support IT asset creation, modification, tracking, and lifecycle management in the ITSM platform.
• Assist with ordering and tracking IT equipment, software, and telephony hardware in SAP and procurement systems.
• Support invoice verification and coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, Controlling, and external vendors.
• Create and maintain IT articles in the IT Standard catalogue using SAP C02, Synapsis, and the ITSM platform.
• Collaborate with international teams across IT and business functions.

Requirements

• Enrolled student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
• Basic understanding of SAP business and financial processes, including accounting, controlling, procurement, or finance.
• Fluent English communication skills required.
• Analytical, process-oriented, structured, and independent working style with problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with readiness to work in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
