TL;DR
Data Engineer (Azure): Building and operating modern cloud-based data solutions and pipelines for client projects with an accent on Python, SQL, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and data integration. Focus on designing scalable ETL/ELT processes, implementing CI/CD automation, and improving platform reliability, performance, and security.
Location: Remote within Poland; valid visa for Poland required

What you will do
- Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
- Develop data integration and processing solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Data Factory.
- Support Lakehouse, Data Lake, and Data Warehouse architectures.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support deployments using DevOps practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve platform reliability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Architects, Cloud Engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in Data Engineering, Backend Development, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Storage, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Understanding of Data Lake, Lakehouse, and Data Warehouse architectures.
- Professional Polish and English, written and verbal; valid visa for Poland required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Spark, and Azure monitoring solutions.
- Microsoft Azure, Databricks, or Fabric certifications.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
