IT Analyst / System Analyst / Technical Business Analyst (Financial Markets)

Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, with 2–3 days per week from the office

Salary: 900–1,140 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Design and enhance reporting solutions for financial and capital markets.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and IT requirements.
• Prepare requirement specifications and translate business needs into technology-oriented requirements.
• Analyze data flows, integrations, data content, and system behavior using SQL.
• Bridge business stakeholders and IT teams while managing dependencies and solution impacts.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, analysts, developers, and testers in SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban environments.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT analysis and/or business solution analysis.
• Strong requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of data flows and system integrations.
• Experience using SQL to analyze data content and behavior.
• Knowledge of trading and/or tax and transaction reporting to authorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and availability for the hybrid office model in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with XSLT, BDD, or Communication Layer.
• Foundational programming knowledge and ability to read code.
• Familiarity with capital markets flows.
