System Analyst (EU, Italian)

Salary: EUR 1,775–3,000 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Provide L3 support, clarify requirements and business rules, and participate in root cause analysis for complex incidents.
• Analyze and specify functional and non-functional Change Requests, including logging, access control, authentication, authorization, input validation, and error handling.
• Perform impact analysis across applications and integrations and support effort estimation with development teams.
• Support UAT by clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain functional and system documentation, S-AD inputs, OpenAPI specifications, release notes, runbooks, and Knowledge Base articles.
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of web and mobile applications through structured support and change management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in system or business analysis for enterprise web applications.
• Strong Requirements Engineering skills, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with BPMN and UML.
• Understanding of web application architecture and REST/JSON and OpenAPI integrations.
• Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with change management in maintenance or support contracts and with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or above; Italian: Intermediate or above.

• Experience contributing to threat assessments and security-related application requirements.
• Experience mentoring junior business or system analysts.
