Mid Performance Video Editor (Ads)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania — hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

Gross salary: €1,900–€2,900 per month, negotiable depending on experience

What you will do

• Create video ads for Meta and other paid social channels.
• Develop, test, and iterate creative concepts, hooks, angles, and formats.
• Turn ideas, scripts, and raw footage into high-performing ads.
• Create new creative variations based on campaign results and performance insights.
• Use AI tools to accelerate the creative workflow.
• Monitor creative trends and experiment with new formats.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience creating video ads for paid social campaigns.
• Strong Adobe Premiere skills.
• Experience creating UGC, short-form videos, and performance-driven creatives.
• Understanding of ad performance and creative testing.
• Ability to manage projects, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian required.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects.
• Existing experience using AI tools in the creative workflow.
• Curiosity, openness to feedback, and interest in experimenting with new formats.
