Lead Learning Experience Designer - U.S. (30 hours/week) (AI)

Location: 100% remote; approved operating countries include the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore. The schedule is 30 hours per week during projects, with flexibility for meetings across U.S., European, Middle Eastern, and Asian time zones.

Salary: $45–$55 USD per hour for U.S. candidates; €23–€35 per hour for European candidates; $15–$25 USD per hour for South Asian candidates; $20–$38 USD per hour for APAC candidates.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for enterprise, technical, professional, AI, and emerging-technology learning programs.
• Gather requirements, define learning outcomes, manage scope and timelines, and coordinate SMEs, instructors, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Design instructor-led materials such as slides, labs, case studies, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides, and learner workbooks.
• Create applied learning activities using workplace and AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Midjourney, and NotebookLM.
• Enable instructors to deliver interactive learning and analyze learning-impact data for continuous improvement.
• Standardize reusable learning patterns, components, assessments, and client-ready assets for GA’s product portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum design, or a related field.
• Significant experience creating instructor-led training for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, learning science, accessibility, and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on fluency with current AI tools and knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, machine learning, AI agents, ethical AI, and responsible enterprise adoption.
• Experience managing clients, stakeholders, SMEs, instructors, vendors, or cross-functional partners through content development.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, content management systems, and authoring tools, plus the ability to work across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Technical proficiency in AI, data science, or coding, including Python, APIs, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with GitHub, virtual machines, cloud-based labs, sandbox environments, or technical learning environments.
• Experience designing AI training labs, coding exercises, model-building workshops, AI adoption programs, or role-based AI academies.
• Experience with AI-driven personalization, adaptive learning, or AI-supported learner practice.
