What you will do

• Design realistic medical and healthcare tasks based on clinical, research, epidemiological, or healthcare administration workflows.
• Develop tasks involving medical records, clinical documentation, diagnostic reports, healthcare datasets, and research protocols.
• Analyze medical literature, clinical research findings, evidence-based guidelines, and healthcare outcomes.
• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, unsupported conclusions, and errors in medical documentation.
• Create evidence-supported reference solutions and review AI-generated medical analyses for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with technical contributors to define reproducible tasks and objective evaluation criteria using de-identified or synthetic data.

Requirements

• Medical degree, relevant bachelor's degree or higher in health sciences, or equivalent specialized professional qualifications.
• Substantial professional experience in clinical medicine, radiology, epidemiology, clinical research, public health, or healthcare informatics.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare documentation, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Ability to interpret clinical records, research documentation, medical datasets, or diagnostic reports and identify discrepancies.
• Strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex medical concepts clearly.
• Strong written English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• MD, master's, PhD, professional certification, clinical specialization, medical licensure, or board certification.
• Experience with clinical trials, systematic reviews, healthcare research, medical imaging, DICOM, electronic health records, or interoperability standards.
• Experience with medical statistics, Python, R, healthcare data analysis tools, clinical AI applications, or AI evaluation benchmarks.
