AI Operations Trainer (Insurance)

Location: Remote; live virtual delivery for corporate cohorts in LATAM

Compensation: $50–150 USD per hour, depending on experience and fit

What you will do

• Deliver live virtual sessions for operations teams and mid-level managers in LATAM.
• Prepare for sessions through dry runs and coordination with the Customer Success and Program teams.
• Adapt workshop materials, examples, and discussions to insurance and insurance-brokerage contexts.
• Explain practical AI applications for process automation, workflow optimization, productivity, quality control, and data-driven decision-making.
• Help participants apply course concepts to operational workflows and business projects.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on the operational, governance, and risk implications of AI adoption.

Requirements

• Direct professional experience in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry.
• Professional experience working in LATAM, ideally in Chile or with Chilean or LATAM corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, back-office processes, or business process improvement.
• Strong command of AI concepts and practical AI tools for operational workflows.
• Experience teaching, training, mentoring, consulting, or advising business professionals.
• Excellent Spanish and professional English required. Comfortable delivering live virtual instruction to corporate groups.

Nice to have

• Experience with corporate or B2B training programs.
• Background in operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, digital transformation, or change management.
• Experience with back-office, claims, underwriting, finance, administration, HR, business intelligence, systems, collections, or other non-commercial operations teams.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or other AI platforms in operational or business-process settings.
• Portuguese language skills.
