What you will do

• Research and further develop the Customer Experience Centre concept.
• Map customer contact drivers and identify customer friction.
• Find opportunities to improve customer journeys and reduce unnecessary contacts.
• Develop recommendations for translathirify.global customer insights into improvement initiatives.
• Explore how customer experience, efficiency, and business impact can be measured and managed.
• Support stakeholders in definhirify.global the future vision and operathirify.global model of the Customer Experience Centre.

Requirements

• Currently studyhirify.global for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Data Science, Markethirify.global, Customer Experience, Organizational Sciences, or a related field.
• Interest in customer experience, customer journeys, digital transformation, and innovation.
• Curious, analytical, eager to learn, and able to structure research independently.
• Comfortable engaghirify.global with diverse stakeholders and translathirify.global findhirify.globals into recommendations.
• Strong Dutch and English skills required.
• Durhirify.global the internship, enrollment at a Dutch university is mandatory, or at an EU university for EU passport holders.
