Senior Backend Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop HR platform features and product capabilities in close collaboration with the Product team.
• Own the full feature lifecycle, including grooming, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build and ship AI products with appropriate judgment and guardrails.
• Lead AI initiatives and collaborate across development teams to scale adoption.
• Work in a continuous delivery environment with automated QA and frequent production deployments.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development.
• Strong knowledge of software design and scalable architecture.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience using and creating AI context concepts such as skills, agents, and rules.
• Strong critical thinking and judgment when reviewing and improving AI-generated solutions.
• Collaborative, proactive, independent, and continuous-learning approach.
