Account Senior Specialist (Fashion E-commerce)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; hybrid workplace with work-from-abroad opportunities and a summer working model.

What you will do

• Manage and develop relationships with Tier-A fashion sellers.
• Lead sellers through onboarding and support successful marketplace integration.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and manage seller expectations.
• Coordinate with the Planning team and relevant internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve seller challenges while maintaining strong commercial relationships.
• Support seller performance and long-term growth on the platform.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Background in fashion and marketplace or e-commerce businesses.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Confidence managing demanding stakeholders and commercial relationships.
• Ambitious, proactive, and relationship-oriented approach.
• Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon or Namshi, or fashion brands such as H&M, Mango, or Zara.
