Sales Manager (Gaming)

Location: Roshn Front, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; remote working is available on Sundays, with the option to work anywhere for one month each year.

Tahaluf is a Saudi Arabian B2B live and on-demand events organiser and a joint venture involving Informa PLC, SAFCSP, and EIF.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, exhibitors, and clients.
• Support business development, lead generation, and identification of new sales opportunities.
• Execute sales strategies for established events and new launches, including Kingdom of Gaming.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with marketing, operations, and content teams.
• Track sales pipelines, proposals, calls, closure rates, and revenue targets.
• Represent Tahaluf at trade shows and industry events while supporting wider sales activities.

Requirements

• Experience in the e-sports and/or gaming publishing industry.
• Proven B2B and/or events sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Basic project management, organisational, time management, and presentation skills.
• Confidence in cold calling, business development, sales target management, and pipeline tracking.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and ability to travel internationally.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
