Account Senior Specialist – Conservative Sellers

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; hybrid working model with flexibility and work-from-abroad opportunities.

What you will do

• Onboard and manage conservative fashion sellers in Saudi Arabia.
• Build trusted relationships with sellers and support them throughout their journey.
• Understand the needs and dynamics of the local conservative fashion market.
• Collaborate with SME and ETD teams on effective seller management.
• Help sellers resolve operational and account-related challenges.
• Strengthen and grow the conservative fashion seller portfolio in KSA.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in conservative fashion or clothing.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi fashion and seller ecosystem.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong ownership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Marketplace or e-commerce experience is highly valuable.
• Experience with or knowledge of sellers operating through Salla and Zid is particularly relevant.
