Provider Engagement Professional 2

Location: Remote office with frequent travel to providers and hirify.global locations; must reside in Oklahoma. Hybrid work arrangement with daily travel required up to 50% of the time.

Salary: $59,300–$80,900 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with physical and behavioral health providers in hirify.global’s Oklahoma Medicaid plan.
• Onboard providers and deliver orientations, required annual trainings, and education on policies, procedures, and systems.
• Respond to provider inquiries and coordinate resolution of claims, prior authorization, referral, reimbursement, and enrollment issues.
• Organize Service Operating Committee meetings, agendas, materials, regional town halls, and provider trainings.
• Communicate updates related to hirify.global policies and Oklahoma’s SoonerSelect program.
• Support provider retention and compliance with contractual requirements, including claims dispute resolution timelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare or managed care experience working with providers.
• Understanding of claims systems, adjudication, submission processes, coding, and/or dispute resolution.
• Must reside in Oklahoma.
• Must be willing and able to travel frequently to providers and hirify.global locations, with daily travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Oklahoma Medicaid.
• Experience with behavioral health providers, facilities, or FQHCs.
• Understanding of provider contracts, credentialing, contract language, and reimbursement.
