Sr AI Solutions Specialist (Architecture Foundry)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain reusable software templates, SDKs, starter kits, and modular microservices that integrate generative AI capabilities.
• Architect and deploy multi-agent systems supporting planning, reasoning, memory, tool usage, and execution across enterprise APIs.
• Translate enterprise architecture patterns, security standards, landing zones, and infrastructure blueprints into functional application code.
• Rapidly develop production-oriented prototypes and proof-of-concepts for high-impact AI use cases.
• Partner with architects, platform engineers, and engineering pods to certify templates, troubleshoot API and LLM integrations, and support adoption.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience developing production-grade, reusable, and modular code libraries.
• Deep proficiency in Python and experience with enterprise languages such as Java, C++, or Node.
• Hands-on experience developing applications with large language models from Google, OpenAI, or open-source ecosystems.
• Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Google Vertex AI Agent Builder, or comparable agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of semantic search, vector databases, chunking, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, RESTful/gRPC APIs, microservices, and asynchronous message brokers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, plus experience with enterprise security and data privacy controls.

Nice to have

• Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Professional Cloud Developer certification.
• Specialized credentials in natural language processing, LLM application development, or agentic architectures.
• Experience in financial services or other large, complex corporate environments.
