Commercial Internship 2027 (Placement Year)

Location: Hybrid working in Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Marlow, or the South Coast; three days per week in the office and two days working from home. Relocation within the UK may be required depending on the role location.

Salary: £22,000 per year

What you will do

• Join a specialist commercial team and take on meaningful responsibilities across marketing, vendor alliances, cloud alliances, data, strategy, sustainability, or customer experience.
• Support vendor relationships, partner engagement, business strategy, and opportunities that contribute to organisational growth.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality service and commercial projects.
• Work with other interns on group projects and develop practical experience through real assignments.
• Build communication, data, prioritisation, organisation, teamwork, and relationship-management skills.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate university student studying in the UK or Ireland and in the penultimate year of study.
• Any degree discipline is considered.
• Interest in the technology industry and commercial business functions.
• Ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Ability to use initiative and work independently or as part of a team.

Hiring process

• One-way video interview by 20 December 2026, followed by a virtual assessment centre on 2 or 4 March 2027.
• Final-stage panel interviews take place in March and April 2027.
