hirify.global is supporting an advanced healthcare AI project that improves AI systems used in healthcare decision-making.

What you will do

• Analyze and annotate clinical cases, patient scenarios, and healthcare data.
• Review AI-generated medical content for clinical accuracy and relevance.
• Apply expertise in diagnostics, general medicine, physiology, and clinical protocols.
• Provide guidance on medical terminology and healthcare workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve healthcare AI systems.
• Identify errors and recommend improvements while maintaining patient privacy and ethical compliance.

Requirements

• Current or recent U.S. clinical practice experience and completed residency required; final-year residents may be considered.
• Expertise in diagnostic analysis, general medicine, and clinical protocols.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with electronic health records and medical documentation.
• Commitment to clinical accuracy, confidentiality, data security, and ethical standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or a relevant subspecialty.
• Prior AI experience; not required.

Culture & Benefits

• Part-time contractor engagement of approximately 15 hours per week.
• Remote work limited to the United States.
• Initial tasks are expected within 24–48 hours after credentials are received.
