What you will do
- Own relationships with key provider organizations as the strategic point of contact for adoption, engagement, and growth
- Analyze account performance data and translate insights into priorities
- Develop and execute expansion strategies within existing accounts across specialties and workflows
- Drive onboarding and workflow design conversations with providers and clinical users
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to improve product fit and service delivery
- Inform roadmap and strategic decisions based on observed account patterns
Requirements
- Location: Must be in New York for in-person work
- 1-4 years experience in analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership
- Strong user empathy, especially for healthcare providers and staff
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast context switching
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering on goals with high autonomy
