What you will do

• Develop quality strategies for applications, APIs, integrations, data flows, and user experiences.
• Analyze requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical designs to identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and testability concerns.
• Create and maintain automated functional, integration, regression, smoke, exploratory, end-to-end, and performance tests.
• Automate web application testing with Playwright or comparable frameworks and validate REST APIs, authentication, workflows, integrations, and database results.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, support quality gates, investigate failures, and collaborate on defect resolution.
• Evaluate accessibility, security, performance, observability, operational readiness, and AI-enabled or agentic capabilities.

Requirements

• Onsite work at the Irving, Texas corporate headquarters is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience and experience developing and maintaining automated web application tests.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or a comparable test-automation framework.
• Experience testing REST APIs, system integrations, distributed workflows, and validating application data with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience with test planning, test-case design, defect management, regression testing, and software delivery workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, collaboration, accountability, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Relevant degree.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, application security, accessibility, performance, observability, or operational-readiness testing.
• Experience testing AI-enabled applications, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, or AI-generated outputs.
