Senior Integration Specialist (Data Integration)

Location: Remote, US only; US-CA

Salary: $95,000–$126,000 USD base salary annually, with potential additional bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise data integration tools and platforms.
• Design, develop, and implement integrations across on-premise, cloud-based, and organizational systems.
• Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to define integration needs and system specifications.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data integration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Create data flow diagrams, architecture designs, technical specifications, and process documentation.
• Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot integration issues, and recommend improvements to tools and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise IT roles and at least 5 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing data integration solutions.
• Experience with data integration tools, ETL platforms, SQL or NoSQL databases, and systems such as ADP, NetSuite, Salesforce, LIMS, Concur, or ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with API management, web services, middleware, SOAP, REST, and familiarity with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, data governance, and data quality management practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or life science organizations.
• Python scripting experience.
