Data Integration Software Engineer (AI)

Location: US - Remote, OH; minimal travel as needed

Salary: $136,400–$187,500 per year; bonus eligible

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve issues across TMWSuite applications, database architecture, and integration workflows.
• Engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot pre-process and post-process scripts for customer-specific integrations.
• Use SQL and relational database analysis to investigate system behavior and perform root-cause analysis.
• Protect data integrity and manage complex enterprise data integration flows.
• Identify and implement opportunities to use automation and AI in technical troubleshooting and solution delivery.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Transportation Management Systems, ideally TMWSuite, including functional workflows and underlying structures.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex relational databases.
• Hands-on scripting experience, including writing, modifying, and debugging pre-process and post-process scripts.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise application issues and performing root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI, machine learning, or automated scripting tools to technical troubleshooting and data processes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and support teams on complex customer issues.
