Junior Developer Trainee (Python)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain MkDocs plugins and extensions, including backend and frontend components.
• Build web-based tools and applications with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Create Python tools for developer productivity, data processing, and analytics.
• Contribute to internal developer tools, automation, and new technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and tested code and participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Collaborate with architects and developers in Porto and Paris while investigating technical problems.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, or similar development tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities, with willingness to learn new technologies.
• Up to one year of relevant experience or recent graduation.
