Frontend Manager Software Engineer (Hands-On) | Partners Acquisition

hirify.global operates a workplace wellness platform connecting employees with fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep partners.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of a high-conversion self-service product for onboarding B2B wellness partners.
• Architect and oversee Growthbook experimentation infrastructure for parallel frontend and backend A/B tests.
• Manage a blended architecture connecting TanStack, React, and TypeScript applications with Kotlin, AWS, and Salesforce workflows.
• Establish modern software development lifecycle standards and drive AI-assisted coding, reviews, and testing.
• Lead and support a cross-functional squad of six engineers, including four frontend and two backend engineers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing and leading cross-functional software engineering teams in high-growth, product-driven environments.
• Hands-on expertise with React, TypeScript, Kotlin or Java, and AWS, including coding, pull request reviews, and system design.
• Extensive experience with microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
• Practical experience with A/B testing, experimentation, feature-flagging tools, and telemetry systems.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required for collaboration with distributed global teams.
• Active use and promotion of AI-assisted development tools is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with Growthbook, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or similar experimentation platforms.
• Experience using tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT in engineering workflows.
