Real Estate - Portfolio Management (Valuations), Associate

Salary: $125,000–$160,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Coordinate the execution and outcomes of U.S. valuations across opportunistic and core+ real estate strategies.
• Consolidate and analyze global valuation outcomes by property, investment, market, and sector using discounted cash flow methodologies.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly internal valuations with asset management, finance, portfolio company, and fund-specific teams.
• Support appraisal, independent valuation advisor, audit, and other third-party processes.
• Prepare quarterly valuation materials, supporting analysis, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to global valuation strategy, process, product, appraisal, and service-provider special projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a valuations-related role, preferably with discounted cash flow valuation execution.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills.
• Experience preparing files and presentations in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Inquisitive and critical-thinking approach with strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
• Collaborative communication skills and confidence engaging with asset management and other stakeholders.
• Ability to distill information into clear, concise notes and materials for senior leaders.
