Manager, Global Credit Finance

Location: New York, NY, United States; in-office presence required 4 days per week.

Base salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually. Additional discretionary incentive compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Oversee quarterly closes, balance sheet and income statement support, cash and position reconciliations, accrued carry, capital allocations, and financial statements.
• Coordinate interim and year-end audit requests and prepare quarterly holdings, performance, and side-letter reporting for SMA vehicles.
• Review capital calls, distributions, waterfall analyses, management fees, allocations, and entity borrowing reports.
• Maintain liquidity management analysis and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Support product structuring, investment transaction execution, fee negotiations, LP side letters, and contractual matters.
• Partner with the third-party administrator, Business, Investor Relations, Legal, Operations, and valuation teams to resolve issues and respond to investor queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; accounting or finance concentration preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in private credit or public accounting with supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with alternative investments, fund accounting, GP/LP structures, and/or SMAs.
• Strong organization, analytical ability, communication, prioritization, interpersonal, and team-management skills.
