Project Manager (Automotive EMC)

Location: Shanghai-Jiading, China; onsite

What you will do

• Manage automotive EMC testing and laboratory projects across technical, quality, schedule, and reporting activities.
• Analyze the compliance of test data, test results, and technical reports.
• Interpret automotive EMC standards and customer test plans.
• Understand test system operating principles and summarize test results.
• Prepare reports and testing standard operating procedures.
• Communicate with customers and respond to OEM and client audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, electronics, measurement and control, automation, automotive service engineering, or a related field.
• Automotive EMC testing experience is preferred.
• Proficient English with excellent oral communication skills required.
• Solid knowledge of electronic engineering and laboratory operating procedures.
• Ability to write testing SOPs and analyze test results.
• Strong teamwork, customer service, and customer communication skills.
