Technical Project Manager

Location: Suzhou, China; onsite role

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate product and package development from project start through mass production and post-launch sustaining.
• Partner with global marketing, innovation, industrial design, engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams to launch products and packages.
• Plan schedules, prioritize activities, and manage package structures, graphics, documentation, SKU plans, master configurations, and BOM creation.
• Coordinate localization with teams in Europe and Asia-Pacific to deliver accurate retail configurations on schedule.
• Track deliverables, quality, project risks, mitigation plans, and launch readiness through successful manufacturing and post-launch stages.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of project management experience in consumer electronics, digital or mobile devices, or accessories.
• Fluent English communication skills required for collaboration in a global company.
• Experience leading technical projects from development and NPI through stable manufacturing.
• Ability to create comprehensive project timelines and manage schedules using appropriate tools.
• Understanding of Bills of Material and change management.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Nice to have

• Experience managing full projects from concept through development and commercialization.
• Experience with retail packages or branded products.
