What you will do
- Manage digital projects across the end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Coordinate marketing, revenue, loyalty, hotel operations, legal, information security, and global HQ IT stakeholders.
- Govern technical outsourcing vendors, including SOW reviews, estimation, milestones, resource allocation, quality, risks, and issue resolution.
- Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, refine user stories, and deliver localized UXL and guest-facing digital products.
- Balance global product specifications with China-specific mini-programs, local payment methods, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
- Drive risk management, code reviews, testing, UAT acceptance, production incident reviews, retrospectives, and project process improvement.
Requirements
- Mandarin speaking ability is required.
- Good English is required for stakeholder management and cross-region collaboration.
- Experience in cross-functional project management.
- Experience coordinating stakeholders, development, testing, design, and outsourcing partners.
- Knowledge of project delivery, vendor governance, risk management, testing, UAT, and compliance processes.
