Consultant, Analytics Services (AI)

Location: United States; this role can be performed from anywhere in the country

Annual base pay: $85,000–$105,000 for all other US locations; $98,000–$120,000 for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City

What you will do

• Manage healthcare analytics projects from scoping and planning through execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management on project goals and deliverables.
• Act as the primary client contact and address issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track healthcare analytics trends and incorporate relevant insights and technologies into service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field, with a record of delivering analytics solutions to clients.
• Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R.
• Must be able to work from the United States.

Nice to have

• Consulting or professional services experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR.
• Advanced analytics experience, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
