What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of large, complex programs with significant cross-functional and organizational impact.
• Define program vision, success metrics, and long-range delivery plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Anticipate risks, resolve systemic issues, and align teams and stakeholders through ambiguity.
• Assess architectural risks, validate timelines, identify acceleration opportunities, and guide delivery tradeoffs.
• Use business, delivery, and KPI data to guide priorities, resource decisions, investments, and program pivots.
• Improve delivery models, mentor program managers, and strengthen organizational execution practices.

Requirements

• Experience leading large, high-impact programs across multiple teams, domains, or business functions.
• Ability to connect business strategy with scalable delivery, define success measures, and lead through complex issues.
• Technical fluency for partnering with engineering leaders, assessing architectural risks, and validating delivery plans.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, aligning cross-functional leaders, and synthesizing KPI data for decisions.
• Experience scaling delivery processes, frameworks, tools, or operating mechanisms across teams or domains.
• Experience mentoring program managers and leading across cultures, regions, and globally distributed teams.

• Experience leading transformations involving new operating models, governance, or enterprise capabilities.
• Experience influencing portfolio strategy, investment decisions, and cross-domain prioritization through data-driven insights.
