Technical Design Intern (Gaming)

Developing an exclusive AAA multiplayer IP for PlayStation through Haven Studios, part of the PlayStation Studios family.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain in-game tools and debugging tools for designers.
• Collaborate with programmers to improve existing tools and create new ones.
• Define level design rules, checklists, and technical requirements for game features and systems.
• Bridge game design and engineering needs to support tools and engine development.
• Implement data validation strategies, reports, and automated testing.
• Optimize systems and features and clean outdated data and error logs.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university or college program focused on programming, game design, or technical design.
• Experience with scripting or programming.
• Ability to collaborate across game design, level design, programming, and engineering functions.

• Relevant internship experience.
